Rental Disclaimer

Drug an Alcohol are strictly prohibited on any watercraft rentals & will be reported

Customers are responsible for any claims, damages, expenses arising from their use of the rental equipment or facilities

Cancellations require a 24 hour notice - No notice will require half the rental fee.

Safety equipment/Life jackets provided

Fuel and taxes not included in rental prices

Temporary boaters licences provided for most of the rental fleet. Personal Water Craft rentals require a boaters licence

All Motorized rentals require renter to be 18 years & older

Cleaning fee of $50 will apply when deemed necessary

All rentals strictly prohibited in the Diving Area by marina. Renters will be fined and lose their damage deposit if caught in the diving area
